01Operating model

One international partner. One structured route to global talent.

Scanglob creates and manages workforce corridors between international employers and established recruitment markets. We bring the commercial, operational and compliance stakeholders into one coordinated process.

Scanglob coordination layer

Scanglob currently focuses on employer representation, workforce program design and cross-border coordination. Regulated recruitment, employment and deployment activities are carried out through appropriately licensed partners. As the platform develops, selected manpower services may be added through the required licences and operating structures.

02What we coordinate

From demand to deployment.

One operational overview across the people, partners, documents and decisions required to move a workforce program forward.

01

Workforce planning

We translate hiring demand into a clear workforce plan: roles, volumes, qualifications, timelines and destination-country requirements.

02

Employer representation

Scanglob acts as the international point of contact, aligning employers, local advisors and recruitment partners across source markets.

03

Recruitment coordination

Together with established local partners, we coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and trade-specific assessment against the employer’s criteria.

04

Documentation workflow

We coordinate candidate records, contracts and cross-border documentation with licensed source-market partners and qualified destination-side specialists.

05

Pre-departure readiness

Candidates receive the practical information and preparation needed to understand the role, destination and conditions before departure.

06

Deployment coordination

We maintain one operational overview from selection to departure, arrival and handover to the employer or destination-side partner.

Licensed Thailand-side support

Regulated recruitment and documentation, handled with care.

In Thailand, Scanglob works through a recruitment partner licensed by the Thai Department of Employment to place workers in overseas employment. The partner manages regulated recruitment activities and coordinates the Thai-side records, contracts, approvals and departure documentation required for lawful placement abroad.

Final visa, work-permit and entry decisions remain with the responsible authorities in each destination country. Legal advice and destination-side filings are handled by appropriately qualified counsel and licensed specialists.

03Partner infrastructure

Local capability, connected across borders.

Scanglob works with established recruitment, assessment, documentation and destination-side partners selected for the requirements of each market and industry. Workforce programs may draw from Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines and other source markets as the network develops.

Local partners manage regulated activities within their jurisdictions. Scanglob manages the employer relationship, program structure and coordination across the complete cross-border workflow.

04Workforce in practice

Real work. Real skills. Different industries.

Every workforce corridor begins with a clear understanding of the role itself. Scanglob develops programs around the practical skills, working conditions and preparation each industry requires.
